Q1 2021 Latin America Android Report: Top Dog Games

As the mobile gaming industry continues to thrive, dog-themed games have captured the hearts of players in Latin America. Sensor Tower's data provides an overview of how these games performed on Android devices in the first quarter of 2021.

Pet Rescue Saga by King showed a positive trend in downloads, starting at around 49K in the last week of December and peaking at over 115K in late February. The game's weekly active users also saw growth, climbing from approximately 392K to 484K by the end of March.

My Talking Hank from Outfit7 Limited, despite a slight dip in downloads from 171K to around 99K, maintained a solid base of weekly active users, beginning with 686K and ending the quarter with 556K.

For Tamadog - Puppy Pet Dog Games by Appsyoulove, the downloads had a notable rise from a modest 87 in late December to a peak of over 54K in late February. The weekly active users mirrored this ascent, starting at just 195 and reaching over 60K in early March.

Nickelodeon's PAW Patrol: Air & Sea saw a steady performance in downloads, hovering around the low hundreds each week. Revenue for this app displayed an increase, particularly in late February and early March.

Similarly, PAW Patrol: Rescue Run also maintained a consistent download count with slight fluctuations, while the revenue showed an upward trend, especially in late February.

While the revenue data for some apps was not as prominent, the focus remains on the download and active user metrics, which indicate the engagement levels and popularity of these applications.
